Low self esteem can be defined as “lack of confidence in one’s own worth or abilities”

Lack of confidence can be defined as “a feeling of lack of one’s own abilities or qualities”

Low self esteem and lack of confidence can really hold a person back in certain areas of their life.

All the self doubt and negative self talk can stop you doing or achieving things that you want. Do you tell yourself that you can’t do something, or that you’re not good enough, or you don’t deserve something?

Well it’s easier to fix than you might imagine. I will help you replace your limiting beliefs and negative self talk, with positive self esteem and confidence.

Low self esteem or lack of confidence can be generally underlying in someone’s life, and therefore show itself in numerous ways.
